touchHLE is an iOS games and apps emulator for Android operating systems that requires no BIOS or special configurations of any kind. The emulator is capable of running applications and video games from iPhone OS 2.x onwards. Each new update of the app also adds new versions of the operating system and new compatible titles. Its developers have already warned, in any case, that the emulator will never be compatible with 64-bit versions of iOS.
Using touchHLE is very easy. To be able to play any of the compatible titles you only need to put them in .ipa or .app format in the "touchHLE_apps" folder, which is located in the app's directory. Only in this way will the emulator be able to recognize the applications and you will be able to run them by tapping on their respective icons.
When running any iOS game or application, it is important to take into account the compatibility list of touchHLE, which can be consulted directly on its official website. If an app is not on the list, it will most likely not work. For this reason, it is advisable to test only those titles for which compatibility is confirmed.
Download touchHLE and enjoy some of the best early iOS games, many of which are now incompatible with almost all modern devices. In Internet Archive's own page, you can find a multitude of titles in .ipa format ready to be downloaded and run comfortably in the emulator. Remember: the only thing you need to do is to save all iOS games and apps inside the "touchHLE_apps" folder.
